HAVE A BREATH – take your time

A project on the theme of emotions made up of workshops and a viewing of the show HOLD YOUR HORSES, aimed at young people, parents and specifically Secondary School classes. Have a breath is the first initiative of the ForesTEEN project, which sees Segni d’infanzia as leader of the network made up of HIKE SCS onlus, Alce Nero onlus and Fondazione Palazzo Te, financed by Fondazione Cariplo and in collaboration with the Municipality of Mantua (Youth Policies).

HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1 | GOOD, BUT NOT GREAT!

Workshop led by an educator for high school classes on the individual’s reflective capacity and emotional intelligence.
When: between 15/10 and 30/10
Where: high schools

STEP 2 | FEELING AND THINKING

Dialogue and discussion meeting open to parents of adolescent children led by Dr. and counsellor Nicoletta Novaro. The focus will be: the connection between thinking and emotions.
When: 25/10 at 8.30 p.m.
Where: EUTOPIA, Via A. da Schivenoglia 2b / Spazio Te

STEP 3 | “HOLD YOUR HORSES”
“Dance concert” staged by the De Dansers company from Utrecht, which, through modern dance and music, intends to involve the audience by inviting them to get in touch with their own feelings .
When: 31/10 at 9 p.m.
Where: Ariston Theatre

STEP 4 | LISTEN TO ME, LISTEN TO YOU!

SPEED DATE. Adults and young people will be able to share their reflections without fear of touching on the burning issues of the parent-child relationship, making use of the suggestions and tools acquired during the project. Curated by Dr Nicoletta Novaro and Dr Sara Simoneschi.
