Change of plan for the Inauguration on 29/10

An exciting change of plan for the Inauguration of the 18th SEGNI New Generations Festival on Sunday 29 October.

The Dance of the Fantastic Animals will not start from Piazza L.B. Alberti, as indicated in the programme, but will animate the brand new Parco Te with music and colours! The meeting point is therefore always at 2 p.m. in Parco Te (on the Stadium side).

This parade of Fantastic Animals, accompanied by the music of the Banda Città di Mantova “Alessio Artoni”, will cross the entire park to arrive at the Exedra of Palazzo Te, where the countdown will take place to mark the official start of the Festival. An afternoon full of music will then await you in the Esedra, with the Orchestra of the students of the Nuova Scuola di Musica, workshops, and a delicious snack offered by Antoniazzi.

Would you like to take part in the Inauguration as a protagonist?

• You can build your own Fantastic Animal by taking part in the CREATE YOUR FANTASTIC ANIMAL workshop on 30 September or 21 October (click here to register);
• You can create it during the FLAMINGO ATELIER on 29 October, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. in Piazza Alberti (click here to register – bookings available from 10:00 a.m. on Monday 25/9)
• You can come directly on 29 October at 14:00 to Parco Te, join the procession and dance your way to Palazzo Te! (click here to participate – bookings available from 10:00 a.m. on Monday 25/9).
