Here comes SEGNI d’ESTATE

The approach and preview activities of the 17th edition of SEGNI New Generations Festival were presented: the image of the Ant, symbol of SEGNI 2022, designed by the scientist Barbara Mazzolai, to which the festival’s competition is linked, and the appointments scheduled in June between Mantua and Isola del Giglio.

SEGNI d’ESTATE will be staged at the Mantova Village in Bagnolo San Vito (MN) on Sunday 19 June and on the Island of Giglio from 16 to 25 June.

SEGNI al GIGLIO

For ten days, from 16 to 25 June, the Island of Giglio hosts a programme of events among the beaches, the castle, the unspoilt nature and the lighthouses, with proposals dedicated to each age group, from 18 months to 18 years, but also suitable for curious adults or theatre and art enthusiasts. A multi-disciplinary offer, to be shared with the family or with one’s peers, ranging from theatrical performances to travelling shows, from art workshops to appointments with authors, up to meeting and discussion spaces. Characterising the festival at the Giglio is the TEEN Academy, International Cultural Summer Camp, for boys and girls aged 15 and over.

SEGNI at MANTOVA VILLAGE

For families staying in Mantua and nearby towns there is instead the possibility of combining a stroll through the shops of the Mantova Village with a cultural experience with children: on Sunday 19 June there will in fact be an urban circus show and creative activities with the symbol animal 2022, all day long, from 11 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. A true open-air atelier.
