SEGNI New Generations Festival is looking for LOGISTICS MANAGER

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We are looking for a dynamic and precise person with experience in event organisation. A person capable of planning, meeting deadlines, not stopping in the face of obstacles and finding solutions to problems.

Specifically required:

• Knowledge in the field of event organisation.
• Excellent knowledge of using the Office package, in particular Excel.
• Ability to work in a team and good dialogue skills.
• B driving licence and familiarity with driving a small van/van.
• Knowledge of the English language.

There are no formal requirements for this assignment.

The activities of the assignment are aimed at the logistical management of the Segni New Generations Festival 2022 in cooperation with the organisational and technical management of the festival. The specific activities of the assignment will be discussed during the interview.

CONDITIONS OF THE ASSIGNMENT:

• Period of the collaboration:

12 September to 14 November 2022. Attendance is required in Mantua, at the SEGNI office during the entire period of the collaboration.

• Probationary period:

A trial period is required during the SEGNI al GIGLIO 2022 festival, which will be held in mid-June at Giglio Island, GR. The days and duration of the trial period will be agreed upon during the interview.

• The collaboration is not compatible with other professional activities during the requested period
