ForesTEEN, a pathway for building a resilient cultural ecosystem)
“ForesTEEN, un percorso di costruzione di un ecosistema culturale resiliente” (pathway for building a resilient cultural ecosystem) is a project made possible thanks to the contribution of Fondazione Cariplo, and aims in 2023-2024 to expand the cultural offerings in the Mantua area dedicated to young people.
Through the connection and creation of a cultural ecosystem composed of teenagers, young adults, professionals and all those who have to do with the 15-25 age group (teachers, parents, etc.), the project aims to respond to the need to create greater accessibility to culture both as a place for growth and as a possible professional outlet.
Segni d’infanzia Associazione, as the lead institution, creates an environment in which to confront each other, carry out exchange of practices and make co-curated programming between the project partners and the territory. This is developed through the construction of transgenerational dialogue – thus, between all components of the cultural ecosystem mentioned – and the activation of the TEEN community – young people aged 15-25 – through activities dedicated to them.
